Chocolate Pizza with Grapes
Instructions
  1. Spread each pita with chocolate hazelnut spread then top with grapes. Serve.
  2. Optional: Heat broiler to high. Broil pita bread on both sides until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes per side then top with chocolate hazelnut spread and grapes. Serve.
